Emmanuel Beal

6-2, 215-pounds

Scranton (Pa.) Lackawanna C.C.

Primary Recruiter: Tim Kish

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 22

Level of Interest: High

Others: Arizona

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Jan. 24

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Beal is a late addition to Oklahoma's 2016 recruiting efforts and could be one of three Lackawanna C.C. products to sign with Oklahoma in the class. Beal is a long and lean outside linebacker who can close in space and has the ability to beat blockers off of the edge.

Amani Bledsoe

6-5, 272-pounds

Lawrence, Kan.

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

Semper Fi All-American

Strongside Defensive End ranking: No. 9

Rivals250 ranking: No. 122

Kansas ranking: No. 1

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Oct. 23

Level of Interest: High

Others: Kansas, UCLA, Baylor

PREDICTION: Kansas

Jan. 6 PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Jan. 21

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: For months and months it has felt like Oklahoma and Kansas were going head up in this one and after months of recruiting that's exactly what it came down to. The Sooners obviously had the on-field success and overall program to sell but there was some chatter that Kansas would consider offering his teammate Trey Georgie and possibly swinging things around. That rumor didn't play out and the Sooners got a key commitment in their defensive recruiting.

Brandon Bowen

6-5, 230-pounds

Trophy Club (Texas) Byron Nelson

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

Weakside Defensive End ranking: No. 3

Texas ranking: No. 7

Rivals100 ranking: No. 63

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 22

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: USC, Baylor

PREDICTION: Baylor - CORRECT - Jan. 1

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Bowen was among the first offers made by the Sooners in the class of 2016 but Oklahoma never seemed a truly serious threat with Bowen mentioning them among his top schools at various times but never doing much in the way of action in regards to connecting with the Sooners. Bowen made a visit to Norman on Jan. 22 and while things went well it just wasn't enough.

Brandon Burton

6-1, 188-pounds

Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra

Primary Recruiter: Kerry Cooks

Under Armour All-American

Athlete ranking: No. 4

California ranking: No. 18

Rival100 rankings: 112

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Oct. 2

Level of Interest: High

Others: FSU, UCLA, ND, Ohio St.

PREDICTION: UCLA - CORRECT - Feb. 2

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Burton hails from one of the nation's top talent-producing programs and is the next in line of Serra stars. The interesting question for him has been where he might play - safety or wide receiver. In fact following his official visit to Norman Burton admitted to being a bit concerned that he would be playing safety instead of receiver. However as time has gone on it's a possibility that he seems to have grown comfortable with.

Clifford Chattman

6-4, 165-pounds

New Orleans McDonogh 35

Primary Recruiter: Mike Stoops

Athlete ranking: 47

Louisiana ranking: 36

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Nov. 5

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Memphis, LSU

PREDICTION: Memphis - INCORRECT - Texas A&M

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Chattman, who had been a long-time LSU commitment, backed off of that pledge in late November not long after his official visit to Norman. Now though it's a bit unclear of whether or not the Sooners will retain a spot for him. It looks as though the Sooners have decided to pass and he has now committed to the Seminoles.

Chris Daniels

6-3, 301-pounds

Euless (Texas) Trinity

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

Defensive Tackle ranking: 18

Texas ranking: 29

Rivals250 ranking: 212

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Nov. 20

Level of Interest: High

Others: Texas, Texas A&M

PREDICTION: Texas - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Daniels, a month-long commitment to Oklahoma, is coming down to the wire and there seems to truly be a decision left to make. For the prospect himself it feels like Texas is what is on his mind while his family seems to have taken a shine to Oklahoma and particularly Diron Reynolds.

Quartney Davis

6-1, 181-pounds

Houston Langham Creek

Primary Recruiter: Lincoln Riley

Wide Receiver ranking: No. 41

Texas ranking: No. 25

Rivals250 ranking: No. 185

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: High

Others: OSU, Baylor, LSU

PREDICTION: Oklahoma

Jan. 20 PREDICTION: Texas A&M - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Davis, a long-time Texas A&M commitment, backed out of his pledge in mid-December and almost immediately announced official visits to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. The Sooners hadn't shown any particularly strong interest prior to his Aggie pledge however things seemed to have changed with the Sooners working hard to get involved. However an official visit, though repeatedly planned, never came off and the interest faded.

Kapri Doucet

6-2, 225-pounds

Scranton (Pa.) Lackawanna C.C.

Primary Recruiter: Mike Stoops

JUCO ranking: N/A

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 29

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Ariz., L'Ville, WVU

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Jan. 22

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Doucet is a player that Oklahoma took some interest in over the final month of 2015 and in early January came through with an offer - seemingly in reaction to the departure of Dominique Alexander. Doucet is an explosive player who has shined on the edge but whose frame may be better suited inside.

Zach Farrar

6-3, 210-pounds

Southlake (Texas) Carroll

Primary Recruiter: Lincoln Riley

Wide Receiver ranking: No. 87

Texas ranking: 76

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 29

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Miss. St. (Commit)

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Jan. 31

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Farrar is a player that has never denied an admiration for Oklahoma as a program that he has routinely called a 'dream school'. But what has been denied to him is Oklahoma's recruiting affection, until the Sooners decided to offer him on Jan. 24. Now Oklahoma is set to do an in-home, led by Bob Stoops, on Jan. 26 and then Farrar will have the decision to make of whether he wants to take an official visit to Norman this weekend.

Erick Fowler

6-3, 235-pounds

Manor, Texas

Primary Recruiter: Mike Stoops

Army All-American

Outside Linebacker ranking: No. 2

Texas ranking: No. 2

Rivals100 ranking: No. 13

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Low

Others: Texas, LSU (Verbal)

PREDICTION: LSU - INCORRECT - Texas

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Fowler is among the most talented linebackers Texas has produced in recent years. The big linebacker was amongst the Sooners first offers in the Lone Star State for the 2017 class and he showed some early interest but never went beyond preliminary discussions of that interest. It seemed as though he might take a trip to Norman at one point but that trip never came to pass and he'll decide between Texas and LSU.

Briston Guidry

6-3, 275-pounds

Metairie (La.) Archbishop Rummel

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

Defensive Tackle ranking: 13

Louisiana ranking: No. 8

Rivals250 ranking: No. 133

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Low

Others: Ark. (Commit)

PREDICTION: Arkansas - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Guidry was a player that Oklahoma had some loose involvement with during the 2014 football season but it never really developed beyond that. Then over the last few months Guidry and Oklahoma seemed to talk more and more, led by new defensive line coach Diron Reynolds. However his long-time commitment to Arkansas seemed to be something he wasn't going to overcome and the Sooners moved on.

Patrick Hudson

6-5, 330-pounds

Silsbee, Texas

Primary Recruiter: Bill Bedenbaugh

Under Armour All-American

Guard ranking: No. 3

Texas ranking: No. 2

Rivals100 ranking: No. 62

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Low

Others: Baylor (Commit), Texas, Ark.

PREDICTION: Baylor - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Hudson committed very early to Texas A&M before making a quick change to pledge to Baylor a commitment he has stuck with for roughly 18 months. Until lately he seemed solid in that choice but is taking a rash of late official visits to look around. He considered a late trip to Norman but both parties moved in other directions.

Mark Jackson

6-3, 215-pounds

Cibolo (Texas) Steele

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

Army All-American

Weakside Defensive End ranking: No. 13

Texas ranking: No. 36

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 29

Level of Interest: High

Others: TAMU (Verbal), Texas

PREDICTION: Texas A&M

Jan. 8 PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Feb. 1

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Jackson, a long-time Texas A&M commitment, chose the Aggies over Oklahoma in late May but has never seemed to move on entirely from his interest in the Sooners. Now he has taken trips to Texas, College Station, and will head to Norman for the final week in January and try to come to a decision afterward. He speaks frequently with Oklahoma defensive tackle commitment Chris Daniels and has a lot of familial connections to the state of Oklahoma.

Joshua Jacobs

5-10, 200-pounds

Tulsa McLain

Primary Recruiter: Jay Boulware

Oklahoma ranking: No. 9

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: High

Others: Missouri, Alabama

PREDICTION: Oklahoma

Jan. 29 PREDICTION: Missouri

Jan. 31 PREDICTION: Alabama - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Jacobs is the 2016 edition of an Oklahoma football prospect that went undeservedly unnoticed. The ultra talented athlete is seen by some as a running back while others think his future could be at safety. Regardless he has seen more and more attention start to pick up as his recruiting reaches it's zenith, in only a few days time. It seems that things will all come down to how he chooses to take trips this weekend.

Jack Jones

5-10, 163-pounds

Long Beach (Calif.) Poly

Primary Recruiter: Dennis Simmons

Army All-American

Cornerback ranking: No. 2

California ranking: No. 2

Rivals100 ranking: No. 12

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: TAMU, BAMA, UCLA, USC

PREDICTION: USC - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Jones was scheduled to take a trip to Oklahoma in early December but the trip was a late cancel, apparently by the Sooners themselves. It's unclear if Oklahoma may change their direction yet again and try to bring in one of the nation's more explosive weapons for a visit. Even if they do the chances of him landing in Norman are very remote.

Mykel Jones

6-1, 185-pounds

Patterson, La.

Primary Recruiter: Lincoln Riley

Wide Receiver ranking: No. 20

Louisiana ranking: No. 4

Rivals100 ranking: No. 94

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 30

Level of Interest: High

Others: Ole Miss, Ala.

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: It's kind of amazing to see Jones on this list but Oklahoma seems ready to chase down one of the nation's elite targets and the highest ranked prospect from 'the Boot' to sign with the Sooners since Nic Harris in the class of 2005. Jones is an explosive receiver with great open field ability and the chance to take each play to the end zone.

Velus Jones

6-0, 180-pounds

Saraland, Ala.

Primary Recruiter: Lincoln Riley

Wide Receiver ranking: No. 62

Alabama ranking: No. 11

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Nov. 20

Level of Interest: High

Others: USC, Tenn., ND

PREDICTION: Oklahoma

Jan. 21 PREDICTION: USC - CORRECT - Jan. 23

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: This one goes back and forth almost daily, Jones has been committed to USC since the summer but in the last few months there was a lot of talk that the two were all but done until just hours before he was expected to publicly announce his commitment to Oklahoma. He then committed to Oklahoma before a day later again pledging to USC. Now it just seems that there will be no final verdict until he signs on the dotted line. Decision Date: National Signing Day - Feb. 3.

Mique Juarez

6-2, 215-pounds

Torrance (Calif.) North

Primary Recruiter: Tim Kish

Army All-American

Outside Linebacker ranking: No. 1

California ranking: No. 1

Rivals100 ranking: No. 5

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Dec. 11

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Alabama, UCLA, Ole Miss

PREDICTION: UCLA - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Juarez, the nation's top linebacker, was an early Oklahoma offer but one that didn't seem to matter for quite some time. However, thanks largely to the work of Kish, the Sooners kept making progress and eventually got Juarez on campus for an official visit. Juarez has since cut the Sooners from his list but still looks likely to stay in Los Angeles.

Caleb Kelly

6-3, 214-pounds

Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West

Primary Recruiter: Mike Stoops

Army All-American

Outside Linebacker ranking: No. 4

California ranking: No. 2

Rivals100 ranking: No. 17

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Nov. 20

Level of Interest: High

Others: ND, Oreg.

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Kelly, who could be the next in line of Oklahoma's growing Fresno pipeline, is among the nation's top linebackers and could be the Sooners first five-star signing since Joe Mixon in the class of 2014. He had long been thought to be a battle between Michigan and the Sooners but there was a recent bit of news that he and the men of Michigan weren't really in contact anymore which would seem to place Notre Dame as Oklahoma's most obvious competitor.

Jonathan Kongbo

6-6, 260-pounds

Yuma (Ariz.) Arizona Western C.C.

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

JUCO ranking: No. 1

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Ala., Ore. St., Ole Miss

PREDICTION: Tennessee - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Oklahoma had not had any real contact with Kongbo until his recent announcement of a decommittment from Tennessee - who he committed to in late November. Since then Kongbo has seen any number of schools become involved in spite of some lingering concerns about his ability to graduate on time this spring. The big defensive end has one official visit remaining and the Sooners only chance is if they are one of those visits.

Jared Mayden

6-0, 199-pounds

Sachse, Texas

Primary Recruiter: Kerry Cooks

Semper Fi All-American

Cornerback ranking: No. 11

Texas ranking: No. 14

Rivals250 ranking: 120

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 22

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Ala., Oh. St.

PREDICTION: Alabama - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Mayden has been something of a never-ending story for the Sooners. He is the son of former Oklahoma basketball standout James Mayden and was long thought to be a possible Oklahoma commitment. However the Sooners never seemed truly involved when it came time to make a decision in spite of a good relationship with Kerry Cooks. Oklahoma hosted him on the second to last visit weekend and it still clearly seems an uphill climb.

Elysee Mbem-Bosse

6-2, 228-pounds

Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove

Primary Recruiter: Tim Kish

Inside Linebacker ranking: No. 15

Georgia ranking: No. 31

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Nov. 20

Level of Interest: High

Others: Fla, Aub.

PREDICTION: Florida - INCORRECT - Michigan

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Mbem-Bosse seemed all set to announce a commitment to Oklahoma in mid-December but instead chose to delay his decision after picking up a Florida offer. It seemed that decision would ultimately comes down to the Gators and Sooners with Florida having the advantage of proximity and Oklahoma having the edge in familiarity. However he took a late January trip to Michigan and committed shortly thereafter.

Tramonda Moore

6-5, 330-pounds

Oklahoma City John Marshall

Primary Recruiter: Bill Bedenbaugh

Army All-American

Offensive Tackle ranking: No. 12

Oklahoma ranking: No. 1

Rivals250 ranking: No. 200

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Dec. 11

Level of Interest: High

Others: OSU

PREDICTION: Oklahoma

Feb. 1 PREDICTION: Oklahoma State - CORRECT - Feb. 2

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: At this point last year Moore was a relative unknown in the recruiting world but in the spring and summer exploded with offers from some of the most prestigious programs in the country. Since that has happened Moore seemed, at various times, ready to make a decision. As time went on that decision didn't happen but more and more this feels like a Bedlam choice that will come down in January.

Trayvon Mullen

6-2, 175-pounds

Coconut Creek, Fla.

Primary Recruiter: Kerry Cooks

Army All-American

Cornerback ranking: No. 10

Florida ranking: No. 21

Rivals100 ranking: No. 117

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: LSU, FSU, TCU

PREDICTION: Florida State

Feb. 2 PREDICTION: LSU - INCORRECT - Clemson

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Mullen was only on this list because at the time it was created he had not yet decided whether Oklahoma will get an official visit or not. That visit didn't happen and now he seems set to stay inside state lines.

Adewale Omotosho

6-3, 190-pounds

Plano (Texas) East

Primary Recruiter: Dennis Simmons

Wide Receiver ranking: No. 97

Texas ranking: No. 91

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Low

Others: UCLA,SMU, OSU, TCU

PREDICTION: OSU - INCORRECT - UCLA

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Omotosho picked up his Oklahoma offer in early June when he shined at one of the Sooners satellite camps in Dallas. Since then it's been a bit of a guessing game as to whether or not the Sooners were A) trully involved in his decision or B) if they were all that serious about him.

E.J. Price

6-6, 317-pounds

Lawrenceville (Ga.) Archer

Primary Recruiter: Bill Bedenbaugh

Under Armour All-American

Offensive Guard ranking: No. 11

Georgia ranking: No. 12

Rivals250 ranking: 184

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: UGA, USC, Aub., Mich. St.

PREDICTION: Georgia INCORRECT - USC

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Price was always a bit up and down with the Sooners, there were months that they seemed like a true contender and the next it seems they are not even a relevant topic. The big offensive tackle called Oklahoma 'O-Line U' at various other times and does seem to have a nice bond with Bill Bedenbaugh however it's hard to see him leaving Georgia.

Marcel Southall

6-3, 270-pounds

Duncanville, Texas

Primary Recruiter: Diron Reynolds

Semper Fi All-American

Defensive Tackle ranking: No. 30

Texas ranking: No. 48

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Nov. 20

Level of Interest: High

Others: Texas, Miami

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - INCORRECT - Texas

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Southall is a player that has talked about taking numerous trips but as of yet has only taken the one official visit to Norman. That may be a sign though, again, Southall has taken several official visits in January. The big defensive lineman seems to be a guy that will keep everyone guessing until he is ready to pull the trigger.

Erik Swenson

6-5, 300-pounds

Downer's Grove (Ill.) South

Primary Recruiter: Bill Bedenbaugh

Offensive Tackle ranking: No. 15

Illinois ranking: No. 2

Rivals250 ranking: 227

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 29

Level of Interest: High

Others: Missouri, UNC, Rutgers

PREDICTION: Oklahoma - CORRECT - Jan. 30

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Swenson had been committed to Michigan for over two years before his offer was rescinded, in what become something of a national story, in mid-January. The big tackle has pursued several options but Oklahoma got interested since his parting of ways with the Wolverines. They brought him in on the final weekend before signing day and with his Saturday night commitment he becomes the highest rated offensive tackle signee since Dylan Dismuke in the 2013 class.

Maxs Tupai

6-1, 245-pounds

Murray, Utah

Primary Recruiter: Tim Kish

Strongside Defensive End ranking: No. 18

Utah ranking: No. 1

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 29

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Utah

PREDICTION: BYU

JAN. 25 PREDICTION: Utah

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Tupai is a very new name in Oklahoma recruiting with the Sooners getting by to see him in mid-January and deciding to bring him out for an official visit. Tupai is a very quiet guy so there isn't a lot known about his recruitment but he has recently said that Utah and Oklahoma will be what his choice comes down to after an apparently disappointing visit to USC last weekend. Decision Date: Undetermined.

Andraez Williams

6-1, 159-pounds

Shreveport (La.) Calvary Academy

Primary Recruiter: Kerry Cooks

Cornerback ranking: No. 37

Louisiana ranking: No. 26

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: High

Others: LSU (Verbal), TAMU

PREDICTION: LSU - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Williams is one of the nation's more talented cornerbacks and the high school teammate of current Sooner safety commitment Chanse Sylvie. He committed to LSU early on but when all of the news ran rampant about Les Miles's job it seemed he was more willing to look around. It was expected that he would take a trip to Norman but the Sooners seemed to decide they were done at cornerback and the case seems closed, he'll sign with LSU.

Javon Wims

6-4, 205-pounds

Raymond (Miss.) Hinds C.C.

Primary Recruiter: Dennis Simmons

JUCO ranking: No. 23

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: Jan. 22

Level of Interest: Low

Others: UGA (Verbal), Missouri

PREDICTION: Georgia - CORRECT - Feb. 1

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Wims, a Georgia commitment, was offered by Oklahoma in which would lead one to believe the Sooners think they have at least a chance. Wims was all set to visit before the Sooners called it off due to concerns over his real interest.

Jauan Williams

6-6, 314-pounds

Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll

Primary Recruiter: Bill Bedenbaugh

Under Armour All-American

Offensive Tackle ranking: No. 7

District of Columbia ranking: No. 3

Rivals250 ranking: No. 143

Oklahoma Official Visit Date: N/A

Level of Interest: Medium

Others: Mary., Ohio St., FSU

PREDICTION: Florida State - CORRECT - Feb. 3

Video Reel

Headlines

The Skinny: Williams was among Oklahoma's earliest offensive tackle offers but for quite some time said almost nothing of that offer. As time went on he showed an increasing amount of interest with it even looking like he'd take an official to Norman during the final two weeks of January. However those trips never came together and the two have parted ways.
