For nearly a year it felt like Oklahoma was in pole position for Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West five-star linebacker Caleb Kelly. But over the past month the Sooners were given a real push by Notre Dame and, to a lesser degree, Oregon. However just moments ago Kelly announced his intentions to join the growing list of California prospects to head to Norman.
