OU falls to Kansas in Big 12 battle

Oklahoma basketball had their chance to avenge their three overtime loss to Kansas on their home court Saturday afternoon.

Buddy Hield was primed for another run on the national stage, the Sooners were ready to stake their claim to the Big 12 crown. But things didn't pan out as most planned.

Hield and the Sooners came out cold from the field, yet fought their way to a five point deficit at halftime.

The second half was back and forth from the opening bell. But Oklahoma just couldn't get enough buckets down the stretch during a 76-72 loss to the Jayhawks.
